Resolving Parental Concerns and Complaints
If you have a concern or complaint about your child’s teacher, you should first contact the teacher to resolve the issue. If you do not feel that the teacher has resolved your complaint or concern, or you simply do not feel comfortable approaching the teacher, you should then contact your child’s principal to resolve the issue. If you have a concern or complaint about your child’s principal or one of the central administrative offices, district policy, practice and/or initiatives, you should contact the Family & Community Engagement Office at (401) 456-0686 or send an e-mail to janet.pichardo@ppsd.org.

Parents also have the right to appear before the School Board to voice complaints and/or concerns. [Click here]  to view the Board‘s meeting dates on the Electronic School Board.
